These are the techniques which use gentle pressure on some specific nerve centre or with the help of a needle to hit the nerve centre, can help to treat the problem effectively. There are many types of tools out in the market like sea bands, stretchy bracelets that puts pressure in the centre of your wrist or you can consult with the doctor.
You can also try this at you own: put gentle pressure on the centre of your palm with the help of three fingertips just above where you feel your pulse on your wrist. Breathe deeply and press that area with the fingertips for one or two minutes. Increase the pressure until you feel relieved.
Change Your Eating Pattern
Changing your eating pattern can help you with nausea. Instead of taking an adequate amount of food at one time take a small amount of food several times. It may increase your digesting power and calm down your body.
