  4.  Energy Therapies: Energy therapies center around practices of qi gong or reiki. Here the energy field around the body manipulates or corrects to improve overall well-being. 
  5. Alternative Medical Practices: If you have head about homeopathy, Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese medicines, then you are very well aware of alternative medicines. These practices were popular thousand years before, and they are making a come back to this world soon because of better benefits.
